| Rainforests are forests that have warm temperature all year – the temperature varies between 70 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit with very little changes, therefore these forests are humid. These forests are also home to approximately 50% of the plant and animal species and to numerous indigenous groups. They cover approximately 7% of earth’s surface and comprise the richest diversity of flora and fauna. The plants influence the weather on earth by absorbing carbon dioxide, discharging oxygen, as well, they help to prevent the greenhouse effect and at the same time help to fight pollution.1 Rainforests are not only beneficial regions for animals and plants who live there, but also for human beings. However, rainforests are also advantageous when they are cut down. For example, from cutting down the rainforests, people all over the world are exposed to many valuable and necessary items, such as – paper, lumber and rubber. This is so because wood pulp is needed all over the world for manufacturing paper, lumber is needed for furniture and building, rubber is needed for industries – tires, shoes, balloons, glues.
Do you think we can do ithout forests as the main orogin of oxygen? Have you ever planted trees or house plants? Would you like to use things made of plastic to save trees from being cut down? Or is it easy to plant and grow a new tree?

| I believe that it's much better to use trees than not to use. This is natural and much more pleasant than some doubtful artificial substance. And the main reason for forests being cut down is industrial timber cutting. That's why a legislation obliging manufacturers to plant twice as many trees as they cut down could be a helping measure.

| Trees are the lungs of our planet. The resourse is recyclable and easily regenerated. Of course, we should use paper bags more frequently, it's cheaper and healthier. My parents and I plant trees every year in our garden, it' s not at all difficult. One just shouldn't be lazy.

| I am not lazy and I DO like trees, worms, birds and so on, but I think that I will never plant any tree XD First, I dont have any place near my house. Second, what for? To let somebody cut it and use it? XD No, thanks XDDD
I wouldnt like to use things made of plastic to save trees from being cut down. XD [color=red]Imagine a plastic chair XDDDD on a plactic bed XDDD Ok, if you are about 5 kg it will be OK XDDD But if you are a normal person...... XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
